Basic Service with limited included service time for Connectivity
- Provision SupplyOn parameter sheet for QAS or PRD environment (QAS...Quality Assurance System, PRD...productive Landscape)
- Provision SupplyOn certificate(s) for QAS or PRD environment
- One AS2 or OFTP2 Partner configuration or update inclusive certificates and firewall settings on SupplyOn QAS and/or PRD EDI environment based on SupplyOn Integration guide and parameter sheet
- Connection test and error handling
- Handover to SupplyOn operations team
- Language: English (French or German may be offered in some cases)
- Exchange via ticket system or e-mail
